ELEHEAR is an international technology company focused on developing innovative hearing solutions and consumer electronics products. Elehear is currently looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of our Tbilisi office. The role primarily focuses on recruitment, employee management, HR documentation, and office administration. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, employee files, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare monthly payroll information, attendance, bonuses, vacations, and other relevant records.
- Support employee relations, collect feedback, and help resolve workplace issues.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance evaluations, and other HR processes.
- Develop and maintain internal HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
- Manage basic office administration, supplies, equipment, employee access, and vendor coordination.
- Organize team-building activities and support employee engagement and company culture.
- Maintain basic company expense records, upload receipts/invoices, and prepare monthly expense documentation.
- Communicate with ELEHEAR's international teams and China headquarters when required.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Georgian labor legislation.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of the Georgian Labor Code.
- Experience with recruitment, HR documentation, payroll preparation, and employee administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to confidential information.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Georgian language proficiency.
- Experience working in an international company is a plus.
Details
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Team Size: Currently 7 employees, expected to grow to around 13
- Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
- Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: 3,000–3,500 GEL net per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
