Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell Petra Group's residential, hospitality and investment products
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract signing
  • Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up communication
  • Represent Petra Group at events and business meetings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, investment products, luxury retail or other premium sectors is a strong advantage
  • Fluent Georgian is mandatory
  • Excellent command in English and/or Russian is required
  • Candidates fluent in Georgian, English and Russian will be highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Results-driven, proactive and customer-oriented mindset
  • Professional appearance and business etiquette
