Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the daily management of digital channels and Inbox for both B2C and B2B directions. Their main task is to provide timely, comprehensive, and sales-oriented responses to messages and comments received on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to convert digital interest into actual sales.
Within the scope of working with the business segment, they will ensure the identification of potential B2B clients, market research, and establishing initial contact (cold calls and emails), prepare individual commercial offers and presentations, organize meetings, participate in negotiations, and conclude long-term contracts. After the sale is completed, they will coordinate the logistics process with the office manager for invoice preparation, issuance of waybills (RS.ge), and delivery of the order. They will also report to management on sales dynamics and ensure feedback with the marketing team to assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
