JET STAR International Is Hiring Sales Manager with French language (Full-time, Batumi Office / Hybrid / Online)

JET STAR International is expanding its operations and launching a new project in Georgia. We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Managers to join our growing team in Batumi.

Your Responsibilities:

• Search and acquire B2B clients in industrial sectors (equipment, spare parts, abrasives).
• Prepare and present commercial offers.
• Enter and manage client data in our CRM system.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers.
• Reach monthly targets and participate in market development.

We Offer:

• Full-time position at our office in Batumi / Hybrid / Online.
• Fixed salary + commission until 1.4% of sales turnover (Other managers in the company earn between 1500-2500 USD).
• Full CRM and back-office support.
• Legal employment or B2B contract.
• Onboarding training and tools provided (laptop, mobile phone).

What We Expect:

• Communicative knowledge of one of the Languages: French.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Motivation to grow, willingness to learn, and a responsible attitude.
