The Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, strategic B2B Outreach Sales Specialist to design, build, and execute our outbound sales infrastructure in Tbilisi.
This is not a standard, volume-heavy cold calling role. We need a proactive builder who understands the architecture of a modern lead generation engine, knows how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, and can deliver a predictable, measurable pipeline. You will have full ownership over the outreach toolkit and the strategy used to break through the noise.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Set up, integrate, and optimize our B2B outreach infrastructure (including CRM management, email sequencing tools, data scraping, and lead enrichment workflows).
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and qualify high-value B2B prospects using LinkedIn, specialized databases, and localized market research.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and execute highly personalized outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn messaging, strategic cold calling, and video outreach.
- Funnel Management: Own the sales funnel from the very first touchpoint to the introductory meeting, ensuring a seamless handoff process.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, meeting conversion rates) to continuously iterate on copy and tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven B2B Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in dedicated B2B outbound sales, business development, or growth marketing.
- System Building Expertise: Demonstrated experience setting up sales automation tools and building outbound systems from scratch.
- Master Communicator: Flawless written and verbal communication. You know how to draft compelling, high-converting pitch copy that resonates with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Persistence & Resilience: A proven track record of navigating gatekeepers and securing meetings with tough-to-reach targets.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Georgian is required to successfully manage both local and international outreach channels.
