HR Recruitment Agency is seeking to recruit suitable individual for the position of Cathodic Protection Technician.

Hired person will be assigned to International Company in oil and gas sector.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & maintenance of Impressed Current Cathodic Protection and Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection systems in accordance with the relevant codes, practices and procedures
• Soil resistivity surveys
• Interaction testing
• Induced AC monitoring
• Identify and report any and all anomalies and/or discrepancies to the Senior CP Technician for onward transmission to senior staff such as the CP Engineer and/or Contract Manager for their consideration and final recommendations
• Close Interval Potential & Direct Current Voltage Gradient surveys
• Drive vehicles to perform the duties of the position
• Clean the company vehicles and ensure they are kept in a clean tidy condition
• Identify and report any and all anomalies
• Undertake tasks as described by senior technical staff and office personnel.

Important information:

• Candidate should be ready to work away from their place of residence as required to complete the scope of works

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Degree in Electrical field would be preferable
• Experience on similar position would be preferable, but not mandatory
• Have a driver’s license B category for manual transmission car
• Georgian language – Native.
• Good level of written and oral English
• Have an amount of ambition & Good work ethic
