Advanced Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Train junior support staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
