Position: Air and Sea Freight Specialist
Working hours: Full time (09:00-18:00), Monday to Friday, On-site
Location: Europe Str. 4, 0198 Tbilisi, Georgia
Duties:
- Being the interface for foreign freight forwarding partners and international hubs
- Planning and coordinating transport orders
- Managing the handling of our freight import consignments
- Ensuring purchasing storage space and offering our customers top-quality services
- Negotiating prices and rates with carriers and customers
- Daily coordination with related departments
- Daily update of shipments in CIEL
- Monitoring of overdue invoices for import customers
- Controlling & Reporting to management on permanent basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Continuous development of the services, searching for new markets, clients, suppliers
Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation
- Fluent in Georgian
- Advanced in English
- Skilled at MS office (Excel, word, PPT, Outlook)
- Well-organizing and time management skills
