Required Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management departments of universities,
• Advanced Turkish language proficiency,
• Preferably experienced in hospital management and the pharmaceutical industry,
• Experienced in International Sales, Sales Support, and/or Operations departments,
• No travel restrictions, knowledgeable and familiar with the target region,
• Team player,
• Possesses planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in the field of digital media

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participating in market research to create an international market for hospitals and group companies,
• Supporting operational activities to ensure patient flow,
• Managing the sales, marketing, and after-sales support process for the Kazakhstan region,
• Supporting the determination of region-specific marketing, sales, and pricing policies,
• Ensuring all written and verbal communication with patients,
• Participating in efforts to increase patient satisfaction by finding solutions to patient problems,
• Able to manage and/or experienced in event management such as fairs, conferences, symposiums, etc.
