Gamarjoba Georgia Tours is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Manager. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with our valued guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey, and driving sales to contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support throughout their travel experience.
- Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and needs, and tailoring tour packages to exceed their expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tours, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
- Maintain accurate guest records, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and generate reports on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or guest relations role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close sales and secure repeat business.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a strong attention to detail.
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or a related field.
