ძირითადი მოვალეობები:

  • შემომავალი ზარების მიღება და კლიენტების კონსულტაცია;
  • კლიენტებისთვის ინფორმაციის მიწოდება ტვირთის სტატუსისა და გადაზიდვის პროცესის შესახებ;
  • კლიენტის საჭიროების სწორად განსაზღვრა და ინფორმაციის გადაცემა შესაბამისი განყოფილებისთვის;
  • ზარებისა და კლიენტების მონაცემების აღრიცხვა;
  • კლიენტებთან კომუნიკაცია ელ-ფოსტით და მესენჯერებით.

აუცილებელი უნარები:

  • ქართული ენის თავისუფალი ფლობა, გამართული მეტყველება;
  • კომუნიკაბელურობა, თავაზიანობა და მოთმინება;
  • პასუხისმგებლობის მაღალი გრძნობა, ორგანიზებულობა, დეტალებზე ორიენტირებულობა;

    • GML International is an international transport and logistics company that handles sea and multimodal transportation worldwide. We are looking for a communicative and attentive call center operator to join us and actively participate in daily client communication.

    Main Duties:

    • Receiving incoming calls and consulting clients;
    • Providing clients with information on cargo status and transportation process;
    • Correctly identifying client needs and transferring information to the relevant departments;
    • Recording calls and client data;
    • Communicating with clients via email and messengers.

    Required Skills:

    • Fluent Georgian language proficiency, clear speech;
    • Communicativeness, politeness, and patience;
    • High sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail;
    • Ability to work with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);
    • Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian) will be considered an advantage;
    • Experience working in a call center, sales, or logistics field will be considered an advantage.
