Job Responsibilities:


As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently

Assisting customers with product-related questions and technical issues

Processing payments, orders, and returns

Providing accurate information and excellent customer service

Maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude during customer interactions

Collaborating with team members to ensure the best customer experience

You will always have access to the necessary tools, training, and support from the team, and we rely on your professionalism, communication skills, and dependability.

Requirements:


Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Basic computer skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory


Salary & Working Conditions:


Salary: Base salary of $800 + up to $200 performance bonus

Location: Atrium Business Center (On-site)

Working Hours: 8-hour shifts

Employment Type: Full-time
