Financial Service Manager — LLC Sokol Auto

მოვალეობები:

• Management of the financial services department for car insurance and loans, organization of well-coordinated work of a team of subordinates, development and improvement of the quality of the department's work;
• Fulfillment of the tasks set by the company's management and the expected results of the department's work;
• Monitoring the correctness of paperwork during credit transactions, as well as when concluding insurance contracts;
• Informing subordinates about changes in tariffs and conditions for car insurance and lending, advertising campaigns and special promotions conducted by the company;
• Interaction with insurance companies on insurance terms and rates;
• Organization of work with partner banks, cooperation on lending issues;
• Customer service quality control, conflict resolution, and troubleshooting;
• Making proposals on the introduction of new services, changes to existing ones, and other similar aspects that contribute to improving the quality of the organization's work.

• Higher professional (economic or engineering-economic) education;
• Work experience in insurance companies/banking sector for at least 1 year;
• Sales Skills;
• Experience in dealing with clients, competent consulting skills, conflict resolution.
