Job Summary:
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating efficient and timely transportation of vehicles. You will manage driver schedules, communicate effectively with customers and carriers, and ensure smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate routes, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with customers, drivers, and brokers to facilitate efficient operations.
• Monitor routes, track vehicles, and manage schedules proactively to address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using dispatching software.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience preferable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and logistics practices is preferred.
• English, Russian and Georgian language proficiency is strictly required
