Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Create compelling and engaging user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Maintain and evolve design systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
