Trust and Safety Customer Experts are responsible for moderating user-generated content on our client’s platform by reviewing strong graphic images, videos, and/or written content to ensure the content meets the community guidelines and to escalate any content that violates the parameters set. This role is key in providing a positive social experience for all users.

What We Offer

What We’re Looking For

  • Ukrainian language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)
  • English B2
  • Good technical understanding
  • Emotional resilience
  • Ready for self-studies
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor social media content (videos, comments, hashtags) to identify and remove abusive, violent, or inappropriate material
  • Ensure a safe user experience across the platform
  • Maintain and manage transaction data accurately
