Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage relationships with clients and external vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in Georgian and English.
