Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Experience at working on stage or in front of camera is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel functions
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Sense of urgency
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to set clear priorities
• Customer oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge on internal systems (Trello, Google Cloud products)

Main aim of your work is:

• Finding out the motivation of your trainees.
• Providing a training course that must be engaging.
• Leading by example and inspiring your trainees with your professionalism and personality.
• Always providing constructive feedback with some tips on improving the performance.
