Looking for a Head of Retail and Business Banking

Location: Georgia

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the retail and business banking divisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
• Oversee product development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within retail and business banking.
• Strong understanding of the Georgian financial market.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
