F1, IT Services Company, announces a vacancy for the position of Service Center Service Coordinator.

We are looking for a communicative and organized team member who will be the "face" of the company at the service center, ensuring the initial contact with clients and managing the full cycle of equipment reception and handover.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving clients visiting the service center and engaging in polite, professional communication with them;
- Performing an initial, basic visual inspection of incoming equipment (laptops, computers) and identifying the problem;
- Registering and recording received orders in the service center's internal software system;
- Monitoring the repair process, coordinating with the technical team, and providing timely status updates to clients;
- Handing over repaired equipment to clients and completing the relevant documentation;
- Answering client questions and providing consultations via incoming phone calls, email, and online chat.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position (client relations, receptionist, operator) will be considered an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware structure and operating principles (if no experience, consideration will be given to the possibility of on-the-job training);
- Ability to work with and quickly learn various software systems (CRM/ERP).

- Ability to orient oneself in stressful and critical situations and effectively manage conflicts;
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:00-18:00; Saturday: 10:00-16:00 (once every two weeks);
- Salary: In accordance with competencies;
- Office: Tbilisi, Saburtalo district.
