Regarding the position:

• The primary goal of the Senior Developer is to architect and build robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• The Senior Developer is expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall technical direction of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of new features and systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps and technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable and performant applications.
• Expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Optional but beneficial:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies.
