T&R DISTRIBUTION

(Exclusive distributor of British American Tobacco (BAT) in Georgia) announces a vacancy for the position of: Minibus Driver (Employee Transportation)

Responsibilities:

• Safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of employees along the designated route.
• Constant control of the vehicle's technical readiness and cleanliness.
• Strict adherence to road traffic safety rules.

Punctuality, a high sense of responsibility, politeness, and balanced demeanor.

Work Schedule and Conditions:

• Work Regime: 2 weeks per month (in shifts / rotational).
• Work Hours:
  • Morning shift: Bringing employees by 10:00 AM.
  • Evening shift: Taking employees away at 18:00 PM.
  • (During the day, from 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM, the driver is free, unless additional internal processes are involved).
• Work Location: Tbilisi, Lilo, R. Abramidze St. 2
• Salary (Fixed): 1000 GEL.

Main Qualification Requirements:

• Driver's License: Category D (right to drive a minibus).
• Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in passenger transportation (preferably experience in company staff transportation).
• Knowledge of City Streets: Ability to optimally plan routes and bypass traffic jams during peak hours.
