Development Manager

Salary: 1500 - 2000₾

Location: Tbilisi

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of residential and commercial real estate development projects, from initial concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new development opportunities.
• Secure necessary permits, approvals, and financing for projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
