General Requirements:

  • Attends monthly inventories.
  • Conducts unexpected spot checks in F&B outlets, SPA and other selling points.
  • Attends product receiving.
  • Makes biannual random Control weightings of breakfast and other buffet products.
  • Conducts local market price checks.
  • Inputs kitchen ready product lists counting results into Material Control.
  • Analyzes reasonableness of Food Cost and Drink Cost Ratios, also review supplies cost per departments and identify the reason for material deviations.
  • Investigates deviation causes and follow up in timely manner.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in ORACLE MATERIALS CONTROL.
  • Experience of MICROSOFT ERP system is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MICROSOFT Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
  • Experience in International Brand Hotel is a preference.
