We are seeking a French-Speaking Back Office Expert to join our team in Tbilisi.

As a French Back Office Expert, you will support our customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward a seamless experience, while playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction for our client in the global automotive industry.

Compensation UP TO GROSS GEL:

What we’re looking for

  • French language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
  • Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles as well as new vehicle infotainment systems
  • Good computer skills + fast typing
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
  • Willingness to work in shifts and public holidays
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, web forms, social media, and live chat
  • Communicate clearly and politely with customers and dealers in French
  • Enter and update customer and order information in company systems
  • Help customers understand and use infotainment and connected vehicle features in modern cars
  • Follow company rules for data security, accuracy, and quality
  • Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience

Working hours

Mo-Fri 12:00 – 20:30 or 13:30 - 22:00
