Lead Frontend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the frontend development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly interfaces for our innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and engaging web applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of frontend applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, providing timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Frontend Developer or Senior Frontend Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
  • Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Location:

Tbilisi, Georgia.
