About the Company


Yolo is a platform for experiences and events in Georgia. We are building a new "experience economy" by developing our own venues, collaborating with the corporate sector, marketplaces, and media.


Key Responsibilities:


** Launching new Yolo venues: organizing processes, overseeing operations, and training staff.

** B2B sales: developing the corporate segment, working with clients and partners.

** Managing partner databases: systematization, updates, and ensuring information accuracy.

** Marketplace sales: setup, launch, monitoring, and channel development.

** Selling advertising on Yolo platforms: working with brands and agencies, preparing commercial offers.


Requirements:


** Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or operational role.

** Strong negotiation and project management skills.

** Ability to structure processes and train staff.

** Fluent: Georgian, English, Russian or Ukrainian.

** Proactive, results-oriented, with systematic thinking.
