Location: Tbilisi / Batumi

Schedule: Full-time | 10:00 - 19:00

Salary: 1000 GEL base + Bonuses (avg. total 2500-3000 GEL/month)

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

** Actively manage and support communication with existing clients;

** Build and maintain strong and positive, long-term partner relationships;

** Identify new partnership opportunities;

** Understand partner companies` needs and ensure tailored solutions;

Qualifications:

** Experienced in working with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite;

** Fluency in Georgian and English (written & spoken);

** Experience in customer support or client-facing roles;

** Background in the insurance sector is a strong advantage;

** Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
