Compensation: 1200₾

Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the Caucasus Academy program, ensuring its smooth operation and timely execution of all planned activities.
- Managing communication with participants, trainers, and partners, providing them with necessary information and support.
- Organizing events, workshops, and meetings, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and logistics management.
- Developing and maintaining program documentation, including schedules, participant lists, and financial records.
- Monitoring program progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to ensure objectives are met.
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection of participants and trainers.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve the program.
- Contributing to the development of new program initiatives and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or program management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Georgian and English languages (written and spoken).
