Position: Junior UX/UI Designer

Salary: 1200 - 1800 GEL

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work.
• (Preferred) Experience with user research and usability testing.
• (Preferred) Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
