Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and the project team.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
