Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and policies.
• Handle complaints and escalate them to the appropriate channels when necessary.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
