A vacancy is being announced: Head of Affiliation – Online Casino
We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliation to lead our affiliate program and drive growth in the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio of affiliate partnerships, proven expertise in account management, and the ability to build and lead a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow affiliate accounts, ensuring long‑term profitable relationships.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of affiliate managers.
- Analyze performance data to make strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Negotiate deals and commission structures with affiliates to maximize ROI.
- Prepare and deliver accurate payment reports to affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate management, ideally within online casino or iGaming.
- Strong portfolio of established affiliate relationships.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in the LATAM market is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and make data‑driven decisions.
