Job Title: Sales / Appointment Setter
Position type: Part-Time
Work hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time (EDT)

Scope of Work/Responsibilities
The company is a service-based clinic that receives inbound inquiries from marketing channels and referrals. The team is looking for a sales-oriented Virtual Assistant who can convert incoming leads into scheduled consultations and secure deposits for appointments.
This role is primarily sales-focused and requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and confidence in closing appointments and asking for deposits.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to incoming leads from the clinic’s marketing channels and internal referrals.
- Contact prospective clients via phone, text, or email to introduce services and answer initial questions.
- Provide clear, friendly information about the clinic’s services and consultation process.
- Schedule consultations using the clinic’s booking system.
- Encourage leads to commit to their appointment by collecting the required deposit during booking.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who have not yet scheduled.
- Keep organized records of lead interactions and appointment outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with the clinic owner regarding lead activity, appointments scheduled, and deposits collected.
Provide simple performance updates such as:
- Number of leads contacted
- Speed of response to new leads
- Appointments booked
- Deposits collected
Tools Used
- Mangomint (Salon & Spa booking system)
- Phone and messaging apps
- CRM and communication tools such as: Slack, Salesforce, WhatsApp, & Skype
- Nextive phone system (a plus but not required)
Requirements
- Friendly, proactive, and professional communication skills
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Comfortable asking for payment and securing deposits
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to follow up with leads consistently
- Highly organized and able to track multiple leads and appointments
- Ability to maintain clear communication with the client
- Sales-oriented personality confident in moving leads toward booking

Success in this role will be measured by:
- Number of leads contacted

Basic requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
Technical requirements
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
