Job Description: Senior Business Analyst / Solution Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Solution Consultant with deep techno-functional expertise and strong exposure to modern technologies and GenAI tools. This role requires someone who can translate complex business needs into well-defined functional and technical specifications, while actively leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate UI ideation and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders

• Translate business needs into clear functional, technical, and solution specifications

• Act as a techno-functional bridge between business, design, and engineering teams

• Use GenAI tools to assist with:

• UI ideation and wireframe creation

• Spec building and documentation acceleration

• Solution exploration and validation

• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and design scalable solutions

• Drive end-to-end solutioning, from requirement gathering to delivery support

• Review solutions to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards

• Support pre-sales, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations when required

Must-Have Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Solution Consultant

• Strong techno-functional expertise across enterprise systems and platforms

• Proven ability to convert business requirements into detailed specifications

• Hands-on experience using GenAI and modern tooling for productivity and solution design

• Familiarity with tools such as Cursor and Claude for:

• UI creation / prototyping support

• Requirement and spec drafting

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities

Good-to-Have

• Experience working with product-led or platform-based organizations

• Exposure to UX/UI principles and design collaboration

• Pre-sales or client-facing consulting experience

• Experience working with distributed / remote teams
