The Associate Project Manager – Revenue Operations will own financial operations and revenue execution of multiple enterprise AI data programs, acting as the single point of accountability for revenue recognition, billing & invoicing, vendor and rater payments, and financial reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, operations, economics, or related fields
• 1+ years in operations, finance operations, RevOps, or delivery management
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Delivery teams
• Strong financial and operational reasoning; able to connect numbers to delivery reality
• Excellent spreadsheet and tracker discipline (forecasting, reconciliation, variance analysis)
• Clear communicator with Finance, Ops, and non-financial stakeholders
• Comfortable managing ambiguity across multiple concurrent programs
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of program-level impact
• Confident escalation and risk articulation
