Job Summary

A.J. Drexel Autism Institute is seeking a SPIRIT Co-Developer.

This position is grant-funded; employment is contingent upon the continued availability of those funds.

Essential Functions

  • Participate in delivering the training program, providing instructional, administrative, and program assistance.
  • Integrate Autistic Self-Advocate instructors whose lived experiences provide critical insight and expertise.
  • Design new training content and curriculum elements aligned with program objectives, and update existing materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with project partners to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Delivery of all scheduled training sessions. New or updated training modules and participant materials. Integration of Autistic Self-Advocate instructors into the training program.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Instructional & Program Delivery
  • Facilitation & Instruction: Ability to actively participate in the delivery of training sessions and provide direct instructional support.
  • Program Coordination: Proficiency in managing the administrative tasks and logistical assistance necessary to keep a program running smoothly.
  • Curriculum Development: Expertise in designing new training content and updating existing materials to meet specific learning objectives.

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time casual position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
