Requirements
- Manager of one with strong ownership and autonomy
- Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, systems integration
- Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risk and data privacy obligations
- Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services across a wide range of operational contexts
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills
